I was born in Leuven, Belgium in 1983 and grew up in the picturesque village of Meldert Hoegaarden, which was surrounded by a population of only 300 people. I moved back closer to my family after studying in Antwerp and living there for several years.
My inspiration comes from the interplay between architecture and nature and between people in society. I collect and search for fascinating images and experiences. Another important part of my work is the making. The making by hand, the research of the material together with my tools.
